Evangelistic
We believe every believer in Christ is called to witness of
the need for Jesus Christ as Saviour to family, friends and
others in their circle and beyond. We believe that people
across this city and region are ready to hear the transforming
message of God’s love through Jesus Christ.
Charismatic
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and that the
Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts to the children of God. We
welcome the appropriate expression of those gifts in the
church according to the practices that we have established.
We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit heals people
and equips them to do the supernatural works like Jesus did
while He was on the earth.
Apostolic-Prophetic
Harvest was founded by an apostle and prophet and continue
to be led by an apostle and prophet. We believe in the
ministry of the apostle and prophet and other office
ministries as governing gifts that Christ has given to His
church to lead the church and equip God’s people to do the
work of God’s ministry in the church and outside in the
places where the rest of life is lived. (Eph. 4:11-13)
We are apostolic in that we are all sent out by Jesus Christ
to be His witnesses.
We are prophetic in that we all can share an encouraging,
comforting and up-lifting word from the Father’s heart.
Equipping
We believe in training people to do the work of ministering
to other people—in the workplace and at church. We are the
church “scattered” throughout the week and the church
“gathered” on Sundays and at other events.
Loving
Genuine care and affection are part of the atmosphere of our
church. You will feel the warmth and welcome here.
